Training Plan Pro is designed to follow my footsteps and prepare you for the race, for which I have set a Course Record or won in the past.

Training Plan Normal

Training Plan Normal package offers you a race-specific training plan. 


You can choose from the following options:


  • Base Training (12-week block to improve your general fitness and running) 50£
  • under marathon distances 50£
  • 42km-50km 60£
  • 60km-90km 75£
  • 100km-130km 85£
  • 140km-165km 100£
